Located in southern New Hampshire, the city of Manchester forms part of Hillsborough County. This database is a transcription of city directories originally published in 1890, 1891, 1892, and 1893. In addition to providing the residents' names, it provides their addresses and occupational information. The database includes more than 81,300 names, mostly heads of household.
