Located about fifty miles south and east of Chicago, Jasper County, Indiana is home to St. Joseph's College and the county seat of Rensselaer. This database is a collection of death records extracted from existing county documents between 1921 and 1977. Including the names of over 9000 persons, it provides the decedent's name, sex, death date, father's name and mother' name. Also provided are the book and page numbers from which the information was taken, to aid the researcher in obtaining the original document. With such useful information, this can be a helpful database for researchers of ancestors from northwestern Indiana.
