The capital of Arkansas, Little Rock sits astride the Arkansas River in the central part of the state. This database is a collection of three directories for the city between 1893 and 1898. In addition to providing the resident's name, it provides their address and occupational information. It includes the names of nearly 46,600 people, mostly heads of households. For the researcher of ancestors from central Arkansas this can be an extremely valuable collection.
