This database is an index to Mississippi court records for the years 1799-1835, as well as a brief history of the settling of the state. Each record indicates, where available, the name of the individual, date, names of family members, name(s) of the witness(es), executor and executrix, appraisers, and administrators. (In the Wills, the first date given is the date of the instrument, the second, date of probate.)
