New Jersey Early Germans

Description (from source site)
Printed over one hundred years ago, this database traces the eighteenth and nineteenth century German communities in the state of New Jersey. In addition to the many community histories, it also contains a near exhaustive compilation of early church records in these areas and one of the most complete collections of family genealolgies for German immigrants to the state. The author also included books of wills and numerous cemetery inscriptions to provided as complete as possible the genealogies of these early settlers. Unfortunately, the age of the original text and transmission into an electronic format resulted in some unreadable characters. In these cases the symbol (****) has been inserted to indicate the missing text.
