Assembled by the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers, "Treasures of Pioneer History," is a compilation of historic lore and romance of the pioneering of the West by the Mormon people. The Daughters have stepped forth in many directions in their endeavor to search out the facts concerning the lives and the economic developments of their forebears. The faith-promoting incidents connected with the building of hundreds of cities, towns and hamlets by the Mormon Pioneers of the West are preserved in this database.
