The eastern Oklahoma town of Muskogee, now the county seat, was formed in the 1870s and quickly grew to become an important city of the region. This database is a collection of federal census records from the county of the same name in 1910. Researchers will find the name of resident, age, sex, race, birthplace and relationship to the head of the household. Also provided is township of residence and marital status. Reference information is included to aid in obtaining a copy of the original record. Taken from microfilm copies of the original census held by the National Archives, this can be a helpful source of information for those persons seeking Oklahoma ancestors.
