Among the largest states in the Union, Texas is home to over 250 counties. This database contains 1900 federal census records from the four counties of Dawson, Deaf Smith, Denton, and Martin. Each record includes information regarding the resident's family, race, sex, birth date and birthplace, and parents' birthplaces. Researchers are also provided marital status, how long the individual was married, and the number of children in the family. Additionally, house and family number are provided to aid in understanding family relationships. Revealing information regarding over 6400 persons, this can be a helpful collection for researchers of ancestors from Texas.
