Located in eastern Ohio, the county of Columbiana lies on the border of the state of Pennsylvania. This database is a transcription of a directory originally published in 1891. In addition to providing the residents' names, it provides their addresses and occupational information. The database includes more than 21,500 names, mostly heads of household, from East Liverpool, Salem, and Wellsville.
